Powers Music School is raising money for our Music for the Holidays year-end drive and also for the Belmont Food Pantry as part of the nationally recognized #GivingTuesday effort. How can you support our school and the food pantry?

Donate Money: Two Causes, One Day

  1. Donate to Powers during Music for the Holidays - it’s your opportunity to make a gift to the 50th Legacy Campaign.
  2. Donate to the Belmont Citizen-Herald’s Gifts of Hope campaign for the Belmont Food Pantry.

Donate Baked Treats

  • Purchase a yummy baked good between 9:00 a.m. - 8:45 p.m. at 380 Concord Avenue.
  • Make a treat yourself for the bake sale! Sign up with Kate at: kwheeler@powersmusic.org
  • Please, NO peanuts, tree nuts, or perishable creams. Breads, cookies, brownies, gluten-free and egg-free recipes welcome!

Donate Canned Goods

  • Bring canned goods to our 380 and 396 Concord Avenue buildings from 12/1 - 12/5.
  • Items on the Belmont Food Pantry’s wishlist: canned beef/chicken stew, canned chili/spaghetti O’s, macaroni and cheese mix, pasta (all kinds), rice, dried beans, tomato sauce/paste, canned beans and vegetables, tuna fish, facial tissue, sanitary napkins, toilet paper, bars of soap, deodorant, toothpaste, shaving cream, toothbrushes, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent
