Waterstone of Lexington Appoints Executive Director

LEXINGTON, MA. - (June, 2021) – Waterstone of Lexington, a beautiful new senior living campus offering a continuum of care, has announced the appointment of Arzu LeBlanc as its new Executive Director.

Ms. LeBlanc has extensive experience in both the senior living and the hospitality industries. Prior to her appointment at Waterstone of Lexington, she worked for a senior living organization for six years, as Executive Director in Chelmsford, Ma. and in Acton, Ma. During this time, she was named as Executive Director of the Year in recognition of her outstanding leadership skills and her “above and beyond” work ethic. She also received an award for highest associate satisfaction out of sixty senior living locations.

Ms. LeBlanc also served as General Manager for an upscale hotel chain in Boston area where she received several commendations for customer service and guest satisfaction.
