White Christmas In Belmont: 4-Day Weather Forecast

BELMONT, MA – Christmas weekend – Saturday especially – will be among the busiest shopping days of the year, and Mother Nature won't be taking it easy on you. The National Weather Service this week predicted a smattering of inconvenient winter weather through Saturday, followed by a peek of sun before snow Christmas Eve into Christmas morning.

Snow, mainly after 10am. High near 30. Northeast wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Snow likely before 9pm, then freezing rain and sleet likely between 9pm and 11pm, then a chance of freezing rain after 11pm. Cloudy, with a low around 29. East wind around 6 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Saturday
Freezing rain likely before 1pm, then rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 38. North wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday Night
Rain likely before 5am, then a slight chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. West wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Partly sunny, with a high near 39.
