Affordable Housing Lottery for McKay School Apartments

The four units will be available on July 7.

Beverly, MA - An affordable housing lottery is being held for four units at the McKay School apartments.

The 32-unit apartment complex at the former school is on two acres is next to the Shoe Pond and the Beverly Golf and Tennis Club.

Three one-bedroom and one two-bedroom units will be available. All units include a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The affordable one-bedroom units are $1,224 per month and the two-bedroom units are $1,337 per month. The units will be available on July 7.

Applicants must have a documented income below 80 percent of the area median: $55,800 for two people, $62,750 for three people, and $69,700 for four people.
