High-End Beverly Real Estate to be Featured on 'Chronicle'
Two multi-million dollar waterfront estate in Beverly will be part of a "Chronicle" show on channel 5 this week.
Some of the top property along the Beverly waterfront will be featured on channel 5’s “Chronicle” program during the coming week.
That’s according the blog for Lanse Robb, a real estate agent with LandVest.
Robb heard from Chronicle because show producers were “hoping he could help illustrate a comparison between what one could purchase in metro Boston compared to what one might find on the North Shore,” according to Robb’s blog.

Robb visited 355 Hale St. – a 4,000 square foot carriage house on Kings Point priced at $1.995 million - and 809R Hale St. – a seven bedroom, 5,000 square foot stucco mansion designed by Arthur Little.
The show is scheduled to air on Wednesday, June 5 at 7:30 p.m. on WCVB-TV channel 5.
