MBTA Delays: Fire on the Green Line [VIDEO]
A disabled train at Copley station caused some of the delays on the MBTA Monday morning.

The Mass. Bay Transit Authority reported moderate delays on the Green Line, as images of an apparent fire in the tunnel cropped up on social media Monday morning.
MBTA reports the delays were due to a disabled train at Copley station, in Back Bay. A rider alert downgraded delays from "moderate" to "minor" around 8:37 a.m.
Meanwhile, video and photo from the station showed orange flames on what appear to be the roof of one of the trolley cars or the tunnel above:

WHDH 7News reports an investigation into the fire is underway, and passengers disembarked the train after smelling smoke.
The delays follow a morning full of them, with severely slow-moving trains on the Orange Line, according to the MBTA, and reports of Red Line delays as well. Elswhere, on Green Line D, additional delays have been reported, due to a disabled train at Reservoir station.
