Millennium Tower's Priciest Pad Under Agreement

Bad news if you had your eye on the $37.5 million “Millennium Tower” penthouse unit.

As of Wednesday, the 13,000-square-foot luxury residence in the tallest residential building in downtown Boston has a buyer, reports said.

The 60-story building stands at nearly 700 feet and offers 360-degree views of the city.

Owner and developer Millennium Partners announced they will not be disclosing the investor’s name or the grand penthouse’s purchase price, but said the space will serve as the buyer’s family residence.

For those looking for space to buy, the remaining units up for sale start at $3.3 million.

Millennium Partners sold out more than 90% of the condos in 11 months, with sales topping $900 million, Bankers and Tradesman reported.

The skyscraper is under construction and is slated to be completed this year.
