North End Nabs No. 3 in Boston Dining Ranking

Thrillist is out with a new list. What do you think of the selections?

BOSTON, MA — Tired of heaping praise on Cambridge and Somerville's flouring restaurant scene, Thrillist's local writer turned her attention to Boston this week, with a new ranking of the city's culinary scene by neighborhood.

The North End made No. 3, where "Italian is king," and you can get a meal to match any mood, according to the author.

Special props went to Il Molo, Sfizi and Giacomo’s, with cannoli recommendations for Maria’s and Taranta.

A ranking like Thrillist's is meant to be a useful guide to any eater, but has the special potential to attract new folks to the neighborhood, particularly tourists on the hunt for a good neighborhood guide.

We've included Thrillist's neighborhood rankings below. You can read more on its site for restaurants recommendations and the author's reasoning behind each of the picks. Find that here.
