Subzero Wind Chill For Massachusetts To End Week
After a snowstorm dumped up to 10 inches on parts of Massachusetts, wind chill values will plunge to -6 in some parts of the state.

MASSACHUSETTS — If you haven't shoveled the almost foot of snow that fell on your driveway or parking spot Tuesday, you may want to get cracking. An arctic blast will hit the region after the snow winds down Wednesday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Wind chill values will hover around zero during the day Wednesday through Friday, according to the latest forecast.
That means snow that's on the ground will freeze and stay put for at least the next week as high temperatures will hover around 30 degrees this weekend into next week. Accumulations of 10 inches and more were reported in parts of the state Tuesday.
And snow lovers: Enjoy Tuesday's storm, because there's no snow in sight until Christmas — and the latest forecast shows it could indeed be a white Christmas.
