Braintree's Michael Kokoros Named To Academic All-Conference Team

BRAINTREE, MA — A Braintree collegiate student-athlete was honored not only for his excellence on the volleyball court, but also his work in the classroom. Michael Kokoros, a member of the volleyball team at Emmanuel College, was named to the 2018-2019 Academic All-Conference Team in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference.

Kokoros, an Accounting major, just finished his second year on the team and was recognized for his studies, by maintaining at least a 3.25 GPA.

Kokoros played three years on Braintree High School's volleyball team. He started as a junior and senior and was selected to the Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic team as a senior.
