First Church Braintree to Host Summer Food Drive
Residents are asked to drop off donations at the church during the hours of 9-11 am Sunday mornings.

From First Church Braintree: First Congregational Church of Braintree, UCC at 12 Elm Street in Braintree, MA First Church Braintree is hosting a summer-long food drive to support the work of Braintree Food Pantry, The Marge Crispin Center Food Pantry, and the Interfaith Social Services Food Pantry.
Each of these organizations is facing a shortage of donations this time of year, with a particular need for “kid-friendly” foods for children who are not receiving school meals during the summer months.
We are asking residents to help by dropping off donations at the church during the hours of 9:00- 11:00 on Sunday mornings. Simply pull through the driveway in front of the church and someone will meet you to accept your donations. All are welcome to stay for outdoor worship service on the lawn at 9:30 or just drive and drop. In addition, donations may be delivered to the church office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 12 Noon.
