How To Dispose Of Your Christmas Tree In Braintree

BRAINTREE, MA — Curbside Christmas tree pickup will be held this week and the week of Jan. 11 in Braintree

Residents should put their trees curbside with their trash bin on their designated pickup day. Trees should be stripped of all ornaments, tinsel and lights.

If you miss the deadline, don't worry. The town will still take your tree but you'll have to drop it off at the compost site. The compost site will accept Christmas trees through the end of January.
