Jamie's Pub In Braintree Closes, Irish Pub Replacing It

BRAINTREE, MA — Jamie's Pub closed this past week, and it looks like another restaurant will take its place. The American-style eatery and bar sold the restaurant to Crossroads Pub, according to the Town Clerk's office.

Crossroads Pub will serve American and Irish dishes in a pub-style environment. It's not yet clear when the new restaurant will open, but Town Clerk Jim Casey said all the permits were approved, so Crossroads can start preparing the building.

The new pub will open at 63 Columbian Street.
