Simon Announces New Director of Marketing & Business Development

From Simon: Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced today that Ashley Wheeler has been named the new Director of Marketing & Business Development at South Shore Plaza.

In her role as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at the mall, Wheeler will be responsible for leading and directing all marketing efforts including advertising, public relations, events, digital marketing, social media and business development for the shopping center. In addition, she is responsible for addressing opportunities that enhance tenant, community, and media relations while increasing center sales.

Wheeler has been with Simon since 2011, and comes to South Shore Plaza from Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH where she worked as the Director of Marketing & Business Development. Prior to that, she worked as Area Director of Marketing & Business Development for Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, MA, and Square One Mall in Saugus, MA. Wheeler holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Hartford, and currently resides in Watertown, MA.
