Snow Emergency In Braintree: What You Need To Know

Make sure to sign up for Braintree's emergency alert system before the snow.

BRAINTREE, MA — Massachusetts could be getting a foot of snow, according to weather forecasters. With that in mind, here's everything you need to know before the storm hits Braintree. We'll update this story with cancellations as we hear of them, but, in the meantime, keep the following in mind:

The quickest way to get emergency updates is to sign up for Smart911, Braintree's emergency notification system. The town declared a snow emergency on Saturday evening, so all on-street parking is banned and violators are subject to ticket and towing.
