Brockton Arrest Log: Oct. 23 to Oct. 31

Arrests for drug possession and assault were among incidents reported in the Brockton police logs for Oct. 23 to Oct. 31.

BROCKTON, MA — The following arrests were reported in the Brockton police logs for the time period of Oct. 23 to Oct. 31. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Wednesday, Oct. 23 — Jose V. Andrade, 52, of Milford, was charged with possession of a Class E drug, operating a vehicle after suspension and receiving stolen property. Jason Timofte Miranda, 24, of Brockton, was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency. Jose F. Lobo, 41, of Brockton, was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency. Charles Summers, 41, listed as homeless, was charged with false ID information and possession of a Class B drug, and was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency.

Thursday, Oct. 24 — Edson E. Alves, 24, of Brockton, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. A 14-year-old was arrested on an outside warrant.

Friday, Oct. 25 — Josue A. Castro, 32, of Brockton, was charged with possession of a Class A drug, possession to distribute a Class A drug, carrying a dangerous weapon and trespassing, and was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday, Oct. 26 — Katrina Diane Swan, 31, of Brockton, was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency. Luis Colon, 56, of Brockton, was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency.

Sunday, Oct. 27 — Benjamin Jevon Moore, 41, of Brockton, was arrested on a domestic assault and battery charge. Keven Patrick Furtado, 24, of Brockton, was arrested on disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace charges.

Monday, Oct. 28 — Henrison Joseph, 33, of Brockton, was arrested on a warrant from an outside agency. Ruben Garcia Gonzalez, 41, of Brockton, was arrested on two warrants. Kseniyah Mariah Banks, 33, of Brockton, was arrested on the charge of shoplifting by asportation. Steven D. Williams, 45, of Brockton, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault and battery. Morton Rosanio 24, of Brockton, was charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl and trafficking cocaine, and arrested on two local warrants.

Tuesday, Oct. 29 — Taylor Michelle Wright, 25, of Brockton, was charged with felony conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. Trinity Aidah Diggs, 32, of Brockton, was arrested on a local warrant. Steeve Laurole, 19, of Brockton, was charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm and defacing a firearm serial number; a 17-year-old was arrested on the charge of selling or possessing an electric stun gun;l David Belceus, 18, of Brockton, was charged with negligent operation of a vehicle, failure to stop for police and failing to yield; Jonathan W. Laurole, 20, of Brockton, was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm, defacing a firearm serial number, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm without a license and furnishing a false ID to law enforcement.

Wednesday, Oct. 30 — Manuel Moeda, 20, of Brockton, was charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl and unlawful possession of ammunition.

Thursday, Oct. 31 — A 15-year-old was charged with assault and battery.
