Brockton To Participate In Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

The city is hosting a prescription drug take-back event at the Brockton Council on Aging on Saturday, April 24.

BROCKTON, MA — The City of Brockton will host a take-back event on Saturday, April 24 in honor of National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Brockton Council on Aging and will give residents an opportunity to safely dispose of any unused, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs.

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Brockton Police Department, and Brockton Mayor's Opioid Overdose Prevention Coalition.
