Brockton's Veterans Day Event To Raise Funds For Wounded Warriors
A benefit event planned in Brockton on Veterans' Day will raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project.
BROCKTON, MA — This Veterans' Day, Brockton police are hosting an event to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. It's taking place at 6 p.m. Monday at the Brockton VFW, at 283 North Quincy St.
The benefit will feature comedians from the South Shore, as well as a buffet dinner and raffles. There will be members of Police and Fire departments, as well as military honor guards. A special tribute is planned by the Brockton fire pipes and drum corps.
Tickets to attend are $25.
