A winter weather advisory was issued through Monday at 10 a.m.

NWS issued this alert:
- SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WITH A LOCALIZED HEAVIER SNOW SQUALL OR TWO ARE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT.
- SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 4 INCHES
- THE MAIN CONCERN WILL BE DURING THE EARLY MORNING PORTION OF THE COMMUTE WHERE ROADWAYS COULD BECOME SNOW COVERED WITH POOR VISIBILITIES IN ANY HEAVIER SNOW SQUALLS
- A WIND ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED ON TUESDAY FOR A PORTION OF SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND. THIS WOULD BE FOR THE POTENTIAL OF NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH A FEW GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
Wind chill values Monday night will drop as low as -2. The subzero temperatures will continue into Tuesday.
