For $4M, You Could Be Tom Brady's Neighbor in Brookline

A Brookline mansion went on sale this week—and it’s just a few doors down from Tom Brady’s nearly completed compound.

Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen are building a home on a 5.2-acre property in the area of 400 Heath St.:

NESN reported Brady’s home will be an astounding 14,000 square feet. It will have five bathrooms, a swimming pool, yoga studio and wine cellar.

A few doors down is 328 Heath St., which went on sale this week for $4 million, according to Zillow. This house is a bit more modest, with 6,000 square feet. There are eight bathrooms, a heated garage, and four-season porch in the back.
