5 Most Expensive MA Homes For Sale After Tom Brady's
Tom Brady's Brookline house is for sale for $39.5 million, making it the most expensive on the market in Massachusetts.

Tom Brady upended the Massachusetts real estate market last week when he and wife Gisele Bundchen listed their Brookline compound for $39.5 million. It became the most expensive home for sale in the state.
There are two more Bay State homes going for at least $30 million and they are among the next five most expensive residences on the market, according to realtor.com.
$38 million: Brookline, 150 Woodland Rd.
