BROOKLINE, MA - There's still time to nominate an inspiring teen for the 6th Annual Brookline Youth Awards. Nominations are open to teens between the ages of 13 and 19 who either live in or attend school in Brookline. Past winners have been recognized for their "courage overcoming adversity or helping others do the same, displaying exceptional kindness, character and generosity of spirit." "Typical nominees are teens who volunteer their time in service to their community, display leadership in support of a cause, and/or show exceptional success, ingenuity and creativity in their chosen pursuits. If you believe a teen you know deserves recognition, please submit a nomination for this individual," event sponsor Brookline Hub wrote in an announcement.
