Blue Bottle Coffee Opens In Chestnut Hill's The Street
This is the first coffee shop to open in the shopping area, if you don't count Starbucks inside Star Market.

CHESTNUT HILL, MA β There's a new coffee shop in town. Blue Bottle opened quietly Thursday in Chestnut Hill's The Street, marking the shopping area's first coffee shop β if you don't count the Starbucks inside the Star Market.
βBlue Bottle is our first opening in 2021 and our very first coffee shop," The Street's general manager Alana Stein said in a statement. "Its commitment to providing the most sustainable and delicious coffee makes it a welcome addition; one we know our coffee enthusiasts in the neighborhood will love."
The Brookline coffee shop joins the California-based chain's other shops in New York, Washington, D.C. and Asia. There are three other Blue Bottles in Boston and two in Cambridge.

In addition to pour over coffees made with sustainable, single origin beans, you can order drinks like the Muscovado Sugar Latte, and a New Orleansβstyle iced latte or choose one of its non-coffee beverages including its Matcha Latte, something called a Cascara Fizz and, of course, hot chocolate. The space also serves everything from avocado toast to breakfast sandwiches.
Because of the pandemic, the coffee shop is only open for takeout for now.
