Saturday, Oct. 30
- Larceny β Carlos Jose Carillo, a 33-year-old man from 93 Forest Hill St., Jamaica Plain, was arrested just before 11 p.m. at his home and charged with larceny of property worth less than $250 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Detective Keith Lacy made the arrest. No further details were available on this arrest.
- Bad Check β Kanica Depree Murchison, a 25-year-old woman from 30 Magnolia St. #9, Dorchester, was arrested around 2:30 p.m. near 1641 Beacon St. on a warrant and additionally charged with uttering a forged instrument and attempted larceny. Police say Murchison went into a TD BankNorth on Beacon Street and tried to cash a false check from an account that had already been flagged after several false checks had been drawn from it, including two at that location earlier in the day. Officer John Canney made the arrest.

Stolen Letters β Jonathan Scott Muellner, a 26-year-old man from 5770 Bellaire Lane, Beaumont, TX, was arrested around 4:15 a.m. near 1674 Beacon St. on Oct. 30 and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property. Police say Muellner climbed on top of a Washington Square funeral home and removed two large letters from the illuminated sign. Read the . Officer David Hill made the arrest.

- Burglary β Jose A. Fontanez, a 40-year-old man from 18 Walden St., #1, Jamaica Plain, was arrested around 8:30 p.m. in Framingham and charged with breaking and entering during the day and larceny of property worth more than $250. Framingham police arrested Fontanez after Brookline detectives reportedly found his fingerprints in a ransacked apartment on Park Street. Three gold watches and 14 to 15 womenβs handbags and pocketbooks were reportedly stolen from the home. Detective Carlos Crespo made the arrest.
- Trespassing β Adrian Dane Kenny, a 31-year-old homeless man, was arrested around 2:15 p.m. near 179 Amory St. and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime and tresspassing. A worker reportedly found Kenny in the boiler room of the Comcast building on Amory Street and told him to leave, but soon found him try to break into the space again. Police found that the padlock on the door had been broken. Officer Lauren OβConner made the arrest.
Thursday, Oct. 28
- No License β Sebastian Ortiz Geraldo, an 18-year-old man from 1469 North Shore Drive, Apt. 1, Revere Beach, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. near Brookline Avenue and the Riverway and charged with operating without a license, excessive noise from a motor vehicle and failure to submit a motor vehicle for inspection. Officer Morgan Lee made the arrest.

- Suspended License β Marvin Antonio Duarte, a 25-year-old man from 114 Medford St., Apt. 101, Malden, was arrested around 11 p.m. near 830 Boylston St. and charged with speeding and operating after suspension. Officer Kevin Sullivan made the arrest.
Tuesday, Oct. 26
- Wrong Use of a Fire Box β Richard Anthony Spagnvolo, a 52-year-old man from 113 Endicott St., Apt. 3, Boston, was arrested just before 9 p.m. near 44 Baker Circle on a default warrant and additionally charged with tampering with a fire box. An officer responding to a pulled fire alarm reportedly found Spagnvolo sitting on the steps of 44 Baker Circle wearing pajamas, slippers and a hospital waste band. Spagnvolo reported told the officer he had just left Bournewood Hospital, located at 300 South St., and had pulled the fire alarm because he wanted to be taken to a different hospital. Police contacted Bournewood Hospital, but staff there could not recall whether Spagnvolo had returned from his cigarette break earlier in the night. Officer Stephen Ford made the arrest.
- No Insurance, Registration β Bruce Chisholm, a 54-year-old man from 41 St. Richards St., Boston, was arrested around 11 p.m. near 800 Boylston St. and charged with speeding and operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officer Kevin Fallon made the arrest.
Monday, Oct. 25
- Attempted Burglary β Patrick J. Hogan, a 26-year-old man from 38 Bakersfield St., #2, Roxbury, and Christine E. Andrews, a 27-year-old woman from 276 Mansfield St., Sharon, were arrested around 1:15 p.m. near 160 Clark Road and charged with attempted breaking and entering in the daytime and possession of burglarious tools. Police stopped Hogan and Andrews on Route 9 after a witness reported seeing him and another woman acting suspiciously on Clark Road, where several recent burglaries have been reported. Officers searching the area where the two were reportedly spotted and found that someone had sliced open a basement window screen and opened the window. They later recovered a pair of scissors, duck tape and rubber gloves a backpack Hogan was covering, according to a police report. Officer Sean OβBrien made the arrest.
