Brookline Arrests: Connecticut Men Allegedly Found with Four Loko, Weed, Ecstasy
Report for Feb. 21 - 27.

Two young Connecticut men were arrested on Beacon Street last week after police searched their car and allegedly found opened containers of Four Loko and whiskey and a sandwich bag of marijuana and ecstasy.
Jeffrey J. Zevallos, a 21-year-old man living at 223 Charter Road, Rockyhill, CT, was arrested near Parkman and St. Paul streets around 7 a.m. on Feb. 26 and charged with possession of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Michael A. Gandolfini, a 20-year-old man living at 84 Brussles Ave., Weathersfield, CT, was arrested around the same time and place and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Police allegedly found Gandolfini asleep in a car with its engine running outside the driveway to the Holiday Inn on Beacon Street. As an officer approached the car and attempted to wake Gandolfini, he reportedly observed the open containers of Four Loko, an alcoholic and caffeinated drink that has been banned in Massachusetts, and whiskey in the back seat. After waking Gandolfini and learning that his friend, Zevallos, was inside the hotel trying to get a room, officers searched the car and allegedly found a sandwich bag containing marijuana and blue pills believed to be ecstasy.

Burglary β Spencer Daly, a 24-year-old man living at 1 Hartford Terrace, Dorchester, was arrested around 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 24 and charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, breaking and entering of a building, possession of burglar tools, larceny in a building and receiving stolen property. Detectives arrested Daly after a Hall Road resident told police he and his family came home from dinner on Feb. 24 to find that someone had broken a window and rummaged through several rooms. The man reported that two laptops, a Nintendo Wii, iPod Nano and Verizon cell phone were stolen. Detective Keith Lacy made the arrest.
Stolen Check βΒ Jose Adriano De Souza, a 39-year-old man living at 238 Main St., Everett, was arrested near 175 Freeman St. around 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 24 and charged with larceny from a building, larceny by check over $250 and forgery. Souza is suspected of stealing a blank check at a Browne Street home where he was doing construction work and cashing it in his name. He was arrested after the owner of the home told police that a check from an unused checkbook kept in storage had been cashed fraudulently and a contractor pointed officers to Souza, who also had an active warrant out of Malden. Officer Michael Heavey made the arrest.
Endangerment of a Child β James Nirenberg, 21, and Rebecca Schneider, 20, both living at 473 VFW Parkway, were arrested at their home at around 3 p.m. on Feb. 24 and charged with two counts of aggravated assault and battery on a child under 14 and one count of reckless endangerment of a child. Domestic Assault and Battery β Natasha Lee Marquez, a 27-year-old woman living at 8 New Terrace Road, Apt. 4, Brookline, was arrested near 190 High St. around 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Morgan Lee made the arrest.
Trespassing β Katherine S. Osherov, a 39-year-old homeless woman, was arrested near 133 Park St. around 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. No other information on this arrest was provided by police. Officer Russel OβNeill made the arrest.
Domestic Assault and Battery β Ted Gamble, a 60-year-old man living at 43 Park St., Second Floor, Hudson, was arrested near 1 Harvard St. around 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Brian Keaveney made the arrest.
Suspended License β Abelardo Jose Garciadelorenzo, a 26-year-old man living at 791 Tremont St., Apt. 309, Boston, was arrested near 12 Dean Road around 5 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with failing to stop for a red light and driving with a suspended license. Officer Lloyd Davis Jr. made the arrest.
Warrant β Huseyin Yavuz, a 26-year-old man living at 20 Hollet Place, Medford, was arrested near 44 Washington St. around 1 a.m. on Feb. 27 on a warrant out of Lowell Court and charged with driving with defective equipment. Officer Robert Collins made the arrest.
Warrants β David James Conley, a 27-year-old man living at 933 Broadway, Apt. 1, South Boston, was arrested near 1180 Beacon St. around 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 25 on two warrants. Officer David Hill made the arrest.
No License β Cleber Defreitas, a 30-year-old man living at 108 Cross St., Apt. 2, Somerville, was arrested near 729 Newton St. around 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 24 and charged with driving without a license, failing to display two number plates and failing to display ownerβs name on a commercial vehicle. Officer Amy Hingston made the arrest.
Revoked License β Israel Lima, a 37-year-old man living at 2 Tuscan Ave., Apt. A, Saugus, was arrested near Harvard and Shailer streets around 10 a.m. on Feb. 23 and charged with driving with a revoked license and failing to display ownerβs name on a commercial vehicle. Officer Amy Hingston made the arrest.
Suspended License β Hayden Christopher James, a 44-year-old man living at 196 Fuller St., Apt. 196, Dorchester St., was arrested near 101 Longwood Ave. around 1 a.m. on Feb. 23 and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with a defective license plate light. Officer Ryan Lee made the arrest.
Suspended License β John Yuan, a 25-year-old man living at 26 Frankton Ave., Brockton, was arrested near 281 Harvard St. around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 21 and charged with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended license and revoked registration. Officer Duane Danforth made the arrest.
