Brookline Arrests: Drug Dealing, Peeping Toms and Lots of Bad Licenses

Reports for July 13 – 19.

The following reports detail all Brookline Police Department arrests from July 6 through 12. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Tuesday, July 13
  • No license – Keith Alan Duclos, 43, of 18 Vernon St., Brookline, was arrested around 8:45 a.m. near Harvard and Fuller streets and charged with operating without a license. Duclos was reportedly stopped after an officer observed him make a U-turn near the 400 block of Harvard Street. Officer John King made the arrest.
  • No License – Claudineia Tatiane Amorim, 27, of 45 Franklin St., Quincy, was arrested around 11 a.m. on the 1000 block of Beacon Street and charged with operating without a license. Officer John King made the arrest.
  • Suspended License – Denise Montijo, 22, of 58 Pensfield St., Roslindale, was arrested around 6:15 p.m. on Dean Road and charged with operating after suspension. Officer Daniel Yanez made the arrest.
Wednesday, July 14
  • Alleged Peeper – Andrew Gary Carter, 41, of 3 Circuit St., Apt. 2, Roxbury, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and peeping. Read the full story. Officer Michael Fay made the arrest.
THursday, July 15
  • Warrant Arrest – Angel Torres, 38, of 135 Massachusetts Ave., Apt. 1, Arlington, was arrested around 11:45 p.m. on High Street on warrant for parole violation. Detective Matthew McDonnell made the arrest.
Friday, July 16
  • Domestic Assault and Battery – Amanda Boyer-Zutshi, 40, of 155 Coolidge Street, Unit 2, Brookline, was arrested around 8:15 a.m. at her home and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Michael Disario made the arrest.
Saturday, July 17
  • Domestic Assault and Battery – Jordan Choi, 52, of 552 Shawsheen Ave., Wilmington, was arrested around 6 a.m. on Winchester Street and charged with disorderly conduct and domestic assault and battery. Officer Noah Brother made the arrest.
Sunday, July 18
  • Suspended license – Greg Osakwe, 34, of 59 Concord Ave., Somerville, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. and charged with operating after suspension and violating marked lanes. Osakwe was reportedly pulled over after officers observed him drive through a left-turn lane of Williams and Harvard streets, passing straight through the intersection without turning and cutting off other vehicles. Officer Michael Keaveney made the arrest.
Monday, July 19
  • Alleged Drugs and Prostitution Case – Lawrence Allan Bloom, 53, of 90 Longwood Avenue, Brookline, was arrested around 5:45 p.m. at his home and charged with Distribution of Class B and D substances, allowing his premises to be used for prostitution, and deriving support from a prostitute.   • Drug charges – Quinn F. Shea, 21, of 1001 State Street, Brewster, was arrested around 1 p.m. at 300 South Street and charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of a class B drug with intent to distribute. An arrest report was not available. Officer Mark Harrington made the arrest.
  • Shoplifting – Ming Chen, 25, of 194 Fayette St., Second Floor, Quincy, was arrested around 6 p.m. on the 1600 block of Beacon Street and charged with shoplifting and possession of burglarious tools. Employees of Movieworks in Washington Square called police after they reported observed Chen take a DVD out its wrapper. Officer Brian Keaveney made the arrest.
Tuesday, July 20
  • Suspended License – Ebelio Padilla, 21, of 41 Clifford St., Apt. 1, New Bedford, was arrested around 7:30 a.m. near the 700 block of Boylston Street and charged with speeding and operating after suspension. Padilla was reportedly clocked going 51 mph in a 35-mph zone on Route 9. Officer Morgan Lee made the arrest.
