Brookline Arrests: Shake Downs, Bad Drivers and Big-Time Bike Thefts
Reports for Aug. 31 to Sept. 6.

Editor's note: The following article was amended after charges against one of the accused, Vincent Cirincione, were dismissed in court.
The following reports detail Brookline Police Department arrests from Aug. 31 - Sept. 6. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Tuesday, Aug. 31- No arrests reported.
- Domestic Assault & Battery β Jhoni Rodrigues Silva, 21, of 46 Ackers Avenue, #1, Brookline, was arrested around 9:30 a.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Deborah Hatzieleftheria made the arrest.
- Domestic Assault & Battery β Peter Styles Vucich, 22, of 4957 Juniper Lane, Vail, CO, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. near 77 Marion St. and charged with domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness and assault. Officer Michael Disario made the arrest.
- No License β Kevin Andrew Pinnick, 42, of 53 Fenwood Road, Apt. 6, Boston, was arrested around 10 p.m. near Longwood Avenue and Kent Street and charged with operating without a license. Officer John Jennings made the arrest.
- Not Stopping for Anyone β Eric R. Allen, 46, of 121 Maples Road, Scituate, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. near 248 Harvard St. and charged with failure to stop for a police officer, operating to endanger, marked lane violation, illegal left turn, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and speeding. An officer on detail duty reportedly observed Allen drive a red Cadillac on the wrong side of Harvard Street, then swerve to the other side to avoid pedestrians in a crosswalk and hit a sign in the middle of the road. An officer attempted to pull him over on Winchester Street, but Allen reportedly sped toward Allston, passing other cars and hitting a speed bump at around 50 miles per hour. He was reportedly stopped in Allston after he became stuck behind other cars near Commonwealth Avenue. Officer Kaitlin Kirby made the arrest.
- Bike Thievery β Duane Ramos, 19, of 125 A Quincy Street, Dorchester, David Keith Young, 17, of 3 Fayston St., 1st floor, Dorchester, and a 16-year-old from Dorchester were arrested around 2:30 p.m. and charged with receiving stolen property worth less than $250, receiving stolen property worth more than $250, attempted theft of a bike and conspiracy to commit a felony. The three teens were arrested after a Boston University Police officer reportedly spotted them try to remove a bike from a stand on Buswell Street with bolt cutters. Officer Morgan Lee made the arrest.
- Shakedown β Leanna Denise Lande, 21, of 1 Eliot Ave, Brookline; Maria Giannarikas, 18, of 17 Shefield Road, Roslindale, and Jordon Dowling, 18, of 556 Newton St., Brookline, and a 16-year-old Brookline boy were arrested around 8:30 p.m. near 70 Pearl St. and charged with assault and battery to collect a loan, armed assault with intent to rob, assault with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit a felony. Lande and Dowling were additionally charged with armed robbery and possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute. Vincent Cirincione, 18, of Brookline, was charged with being an accessory after the fact, but the charge was dismissed in court. Read the full story. Officer Lauren O'Connor made the arrest.
- Suspended License β Norman Christopher Gray, 28, of 94 Calendar St., Apt. 2, Boston, was arrested around 2:12 a.m. near Harvard and Marion streets and charged with failing to stop for a red light and operating with a suspended license. Officer Michael O'Connor made the arrest.
- Glad That's Cleared Up β Soul Luciani, 34, of 320 Tenth St., Oakland, CA, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. on a straight warrant. Luciani reportedly came into the Brookline police station saying he had gotten a call about a year earlier saying he needed to clear something up with Brookline Police, though he couldn't remember to whom he'd talked to or what needed to be cleared up. Police found Luciani had a warrant for larceny out of Brookline District Court. Officer Amy Hingston made the arrest.
