
Three men were arrested late last week after police followed up on an anonymous tip about a big drug operation in a Beacon Street apartment.
Police began surveillance around the building at 1530 Beacon St. after the source told detectives that someone there was selling βpounds of marijuana and Percocets by the thousands.β
After observing one of the cars linked to the apartment leaving an adjacent garage on Feb. 12, detectives allegedly pulled the vehicle over and found a variety of drugs and paraphernalia inside, including several pills believed to be Suboxone and Oxycodone, ten small plastic bags containing about an ounce of marijuana a piece, two knives and a digital scale.

While transporting the driver, Joseph Defilippo, to the station, officers allegedly found another bag containing nearly 300 pills believed to be Oxycodone that the suspect appeared to have dropped.
Defilippo, a 23-year-old man living at 185 Green St., Gardner, was arrested and charged with violating marked lanes, providing a false name to a police officer, driving after revocation, two counts of possession of a Class E drug, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, trafficking a Class B drug and violating a drug-free zone.

Detectives returned to the apartment at 1530 Beacon St. later that day and arrested two more men, Joseph Che-Chi Dioguardi, a 28-year-old living in the apartment, and Jean Neslie Exius, a 26-year-old man living at 389 Charles St., Apt. 2, Malden.
In the apartment, police allegedly found a variety of pills, droppers and vials of liquid, as well as a large number of small plastic bags and a wooden pipe. Dioguardi and Exius were charged with conspiring to violate drug laws, possession of a Class D and E substances with intent to distribute and accessory after the fact.

An officer reportedly stopped the pair after finding them walking down Washington Street near where two fire boxes had been pulled early that morning. The 16-year-old girl was allegedly carrying a CD player, GPS unit and flashlight in a pink duffel bag, police decided to arrest the pair after they kept changing their stories about where the items came from. Gas Station Robbery βΒ John Thomas Lynch Jr., a 30-year-old man living at 8 Juniper St., #23, Brookline, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 9 at the police station and charged with armed robbery. Read the . Detective Keith Lacy made the arrest.
Drunken Driving β Andrews Felipe Suarez Cardona, a 28-year-old man living at 91 Cottage St., Apt. 3, East Boston, was arrested near 1764 Beacon St. around 4:45 a.m. on Feb. 14 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. Cardona was allegedly pulled over after an officer saw behaving suspiciously in the parking lot behind the Fireplace Restaurant. Officers reported that Cardona had glassy, blood shot eyes and smelled of alcohol when pulled over. Officer Duane Danforth made the arrest.
Drug Arrest β Jennifer Margarita Reyes, a 26-year-old woman living at 14 Arrowhead Lane, Dedham, was arrested near 8 Juniper St. around 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 8 and charged with conspiring to violate the drug laws, distributing ClassΒ B substances, possession of Class B substances with intent to distribute, violating drug laws in a school zone and attached fraudulent license palates. Cameron, a 24-year-old man living at 455 37th St., #217, New York City, was arrested at 44 Washington St. around 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 8 and charged with possession of a Class B substances, possession of a Class E substance and conspiring to violate drug laws.. Domestic Assault and Battery β Walleed Mario Aoun, a 45-year-old man living at 29 First St., Second Floor, Chelmsford, was arrested in Chelmsford around 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 14 and charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery. Officer Robert Teahan made the arrest.

Domestic Assault and Battery β Jeremiah Joseph Bopko, a 38-year-old man living at 144 Thorndike St., Brookline, was arrested at his home around 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 9 and charged with three assault, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and three counts of domestic assault and battery.

Suspended License β Patricia Beatrice Guessi, a 39-year-old woman living at 17 Seawall St., Apt. 301, Peabody, was arrested near Chestnut Hill Avenue and Clinton Road and charged with driving after suspension, failing to stop for a red light and driving with defective equipment.
