Brookline Arrests: Wheelie-Popping Bikers and Bass-Thumping Drivers
Reports for Sept. 7 to 13.

The following reports detail Brookline Police Department arrests from Sept. 7 - 13. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Tuesday, Sept. 7
- Revoked License β Miguel L. Serrano, 33, of 1450 Beacon St., #802, was arrested around 10 p.m. near 800 Boylston and charged with operating after revocation and speeding. Officer Kevin Fallon made the arrest.
- Suspended License β Bryan Michael Blondiet, 41, of 5 Brookvale Road, Framingham, was arrested around 11:30 a.m. near Boylston and Lee streets and charged with operating after suspension and operating without registration. Officer Amy Hingston made the arrest.

- Noisy Car β Eduardo Enrique Hernandez, 22, of 3 Beethoven St., Roxbury, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. near Washington Street and Pond Avenue and charged with harsh and objectionable noise from a motor vehicle, operating after license suspension, operating without a license, and failure to wear a seat belt. Hernandez was reportedly pulled over after an officer observed "an excessively loud amount of music" coming from his car. Officer Morgan Lee made the arrest.
- Domestic Assault & Battery β Gabriel Zvi Bressler, 18, 47 Cotswold Road, Brookline, was arrested around 10:15 p.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Steven Weinstein made the arrest.
- Domestic Assault & Battery β Kevin Dennis McDermott, 29, of 11 Prospect Ave., Norwood, was arrested around 4 p.m. near 21 Sheafe St. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officer Deborah Hatzieleftheria made the arrest.
- Pulling a Wheelie β Anthony Cacia, 20, of Natick was arrested around 3 p.m. near Walnut and Warren streets and charged with operating without a license and operating to endanger. Cacia was reportedly pulled over after an officer observed him pulling his motorcycle up on one wheel as he drove up Clyde Street with two other motorcycles. When Cacia was stopped, police reportedly found he had a driver's license but no motorcycle license. Officer Mark Harrington made the arrest.
- Suspended License β Alysoun Margaret Kegel, 29, of 53 Laurel St., Apt. 3, Somerville, was arrested around 9:15 a.m. near 1530 Beacon St. and charged with failure to post a valid registration sticker, not having a valid registration while driving, and operating with a suspended license. Officer William McCue Jr. made the arrest.
