Brookline Homes Sold Last Week: What Went In Your Neighborhood?

BROOKLINE, MA — Whether you're moving in or out of Brookline, or you're a lifer who is just curious where the new folks are relocating, it's always interesting to know what homes are selling. Last week, 17 Brookline homes were sold, according to realtor.com. That's right, 17 homes. One even went for more than $3 million.

The priciest

26 Chilton went for $3.6 Million. If you think that's expensive, almost a dozen other 'single family' homes sold for more than that so far this year in Brookline.

The cheapest

Not a single family house, but a pretty cute efficiency at 70 Park St. went for $290,000.

Others:
1490 Beacon Street went for $620,000

240 Walnut Street went for $1.9 Million

28 Somerset Rd. went for $1.9 Million

110 Cypress Street (apt. 311) sold for $1,033,000

90 Risley Rd. went for less than a million dollars

681 Hammond Road (town home) went for $1.8 Million
