Brookline Man Arrested on Gun Charges in Roxbury
Police say 28-year-old had loaded, unlicensed gun in his waist band.

Police arrested a Brookline man in Roxbury yesterday after he was allegedly found with an unlicensed firearm tucked into his waistband.
Sean Henderson, 28, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm, obliterated serial number, subsequent firearm possession, and violation armed career criminal.
Henderson was reportedly arrested after police observed the car he was riding in, a 1999 Chevy Trailblazer, take several illegal turns on Brunswick Street in Roxbury around 12:30 p.m. yesterday. Officers pulled the vehicle over and arrested the driver, 25-year-old Dashaun Goldsmith of West Roxbury, for operating with a suspended license.

While conducting a pat frisk, Officers reportedly found a firearm in Henderson's waistband. When asked for his firearm license, Henderson reportedly responded, "I don't have no license."
