Brookline Teen Will Compete in U.S. Figure Skating Championship at TD Garden

Tonight some of the best skaters in the country will be at TD Garden for the 2014 U.S. Figure Skating Championship, including Brookline's Yasmin Siraj.

Siraj, 17, is a senior at Brookline High School and has been skating since she was 2-years-old and is excited to be a part of the event. 

“Lots of my friends and teachers are going to come," she said in an interview with the organizers. "I think Boston is a very fitting place for the Olympic-qualifying Nationals, it’s such a friendly city. I’m stoked, I cannot wait. I’m so excited.”
