Bruegger's Bagels Is Closed In Coolidge Corner

BROOKLINE, MA - If you've walked past Brueggers Bagel in Coolidge corner you in the past few days you may have noticed the space has paper in the windows and a sign on the door telling visitors to come back on May 25.
The bagel joint is closed for "repairs," according to the sign. On Thursday, there were two men inside appearing to be fixing something.
The website has changed all of the Harvard Street location's hours to "closed." And there is no activityon Facebook indicating what repairs the cafe, known for its New York Style bagels, might be undergoing.

In 2017 the chain announced it was closing 30 Brueggerβs Bagels, saying said the decision was based on financial performance. However, the sudden shuttering of the Coolidge Corner location does not appear to be a permanent closing.
