Katigbak joined Chestnut Hill Realty two-and-a-half years ago as a resident services professional at Hancock Village. Shortly after joining the company she received a National Apartment Leasing Professional designation and was recently named to Chestnut Hill Realty's Million Dollar Club.

In 2014 she reached the career milestone of securing the most rentals company-wide.

"Every day offers me an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. I never take lightly the fact that I’ve been entrusted with helping people find a place to call home," Ms. Katigbak said in the release. "My job is more than just leasing apartments. As far as I’m concerned, ensuring that our residents feel at home after they sign a lease is the most important part of my job."

In addition to her work as a realtor, she serves on the Leasing Committee and the ACT (Actively Coming Together) Committee and is the Wellness Ambassador for Hancock Village.

Katigbak will be recognized at the 2016 National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition in San Francisco on June 16.
