Dense Fog Advisory Monday Night through Tuesday Morning
Visibilities will be down to one quarter mile or less at times. Drivers are urged to take it slow and use caution.

A dense fog advisory is in effect from 10 p.m. Monday night until 10 a.m. Tuesday morning for much of eastern Massachusetts, as well as all of Rhode Island away from the coast and eastern Connecticut.
The National Weather Service issued the alert just before 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon. The dense fog alert will bring visibilities down to one quarter of a mile or less at times from late Monday night into mid morning on Tuesday.

According to the National Weather Service, the fog will result in hazardous driving conditions and motorists are advised to slow down as objects on or near roadways will only be seen at close range.
