A group of volunteers will transform four parking spaces in Coolidge Corner into a curbside urban oasis on Friday to mark national Park(ing) Day and get people thinking about the best use of public space.
The park will include grass, picnic benches, a shallow pool and outdoor theater showing a documentary about urban park projects. Read more about the parks .
