Happy Fatherβs Day From Louisa Lipson
"I like that you help me put batteries in toys and fix them! It's so kind of you to stop and help me that way."

In celebration of Father's Day on Sunday June 17, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their father and let us deliver it. This is Louisa Lipson's letter to her dad:
Dear Daddy,
I love you so, so much!
I love weekends because you are home from work. I also love walking to school with you because we get to talk! It is so fun to read βHarry Potterβ with you (even though I have already read it!). Itβs great to reread books with someone you love.
I love that you let me have Mr. T in my room β he is so fun. I get to feed him and when he gets excited, he waves his claws around, and itβs so cute! I did not know that a 15-year-old turtle could be so cute until you brought him to my room.
I like that you help me put batteries in toys and fix them! Itβs so kind of you to stop and help me that way. Also, skiing with you is so fun. I like it way better than ski school because it is just you, and I get to have time with you. I wish there was a Daddy Ski School where we could just ski together, which would be very exciting!
I hope we get a day alone together! Youβre the best daddy in the world. No dad is better than you! I love you because you are my daddy.
Love,
Lulu
