No Trains on Brookline's D Line This Weekend

T running shuttle buses while crews work on Dean Road Bridge reconstruction.

The MBTA is suspending train service between Fenway and Reservoir stations on the D Line this weekend so crews can install utility conduits and surface decking on the Dean Road Bridge in Fisher Hill.

During the disruption, which is expected to last from early Saturday, Aug. 14, through early Monday, Aug. 16, shuttle buses will pick up riders at all stops between Fenway and Reservoir, with the exception of Beaconsfield. Riders at Beaconsfield Station will be directed to the Dean Road stop on the C Line.

The stairs and temporary pedestrian bridge at Deans Road will also be closed through the weekend. Pedestrians will be directed to the crossing at Beaconsfield Path.
