Police Arrest Alleged Peeping Tom Behind Brookline Apartment Building
Roxbury man reportedly had tissues, lubricant and nude photos when caught.

A 41-year-old Roxbury man was arrested last Thursday, July 14, after he was allegedly caught peeking into a Brookline apartment building with lubricant, nude photos and tissues.
Police have charged Andrew Gary Carter of 3 Circuit Street, Apt. #2, Roxbury with disorderly conduct and violating a town bylaw against "peeping." Carter also has two outstanding warrants out of Boston.
Officers were called to 1110 Beacon Street a little before 10 p.m. on July 14 after a resident reportedlt found a man standing on the ledge outsider her window looking into her apartment. When the woman confronted the man in a nearby alley, he reportedly told her he was "going to my girlfriend's house," according to a Brookline Police Department report.

When police stopped Carter a short time later, officers reportedly observed that his belt buckle was undone and his fly pulled partway down. Officers also reportedly found a shoe print outside the woman's bedroom that matched the tread of Carter's sneakers.
While booking Carter at the Brookline police station, officers reportedly found a plastic bag of liquid lubricant, tissues and nude photos of "tribal women." Carter was also allegedly carrying a newspaper clipping for escort services.
