Police Warn Brookline Businesses About Scam
Businesses are being solicited for donations to benefit "Brookline High," but there are no donation campaigns from the school currently.

BROOKLINE, MA β Police are warning Brookline businesses about a scam that is targeting local businesses with a ruse to raise funds for the high school.
Police said Thursday several businesses have been solicited over the phone for donations to benefit "Brookline High." The music programs and athletics have been given as specific beneficiaries.
But Lt. Jennifer Paster of the Brookline Police Department said the high school is not soliciting donations right now, nor would they do so over the phone.
