In the last week alone, we heard about brush fires, power outages and the ongoing hunt for Boston's tree-killing beetles. Brookline police were kept busy with alleged peeping toms, rapists and a bunch of roaming roosters, while health officials made sure construction workers were have been trained to do their work safely.
We also got a good long look at the four men vying for the job of town administer in Brookline, as well as a sneak peak at the town's newest butcher and a nude reading series coming to the Coolidge. And don't forget art exhibits at the library, firefighter graduation ceremonies, and disruptive work on the D Line.
