Tom Brady, Gisele Just Lowered Price Of Brookline Home

BROOKLINE, MA — It might not be the deal of a century, but Tom Brady and his wife model Gisele Bündchen just knocked $5.6 million from their Chestnut Hill estate they placed on the market back in August. The price has dropped to $33.9 million — it's still the most expensive home for sale in Massachusetts according to Realtor.com.

The optics had enough Pats fans nervous back in August that Brady took to radio telling fans not to "read into" his real estate situation too much.

He recently agreed to what was reported to be a two-year extension with New England. But an odd quirk in the contract voids the deal after this season, essentially making it just a significant raise for this season. This would be the first time Brady, 42, plays in what is really a contract year, meaning he could be a free agent at the end of the season. He told fans he still planned to play til he was 45.

Brady and Bundchen's five-bedroom home, built in 2015, sits on 5 acres right next to Brookline's ultra exclusive Country Club — the one that hesitated on whether it would allow the GOAT to join. The power couple bought the land from Pine Manor College in 2013 for around $4.5 million, some 15 years after Brady joined the Patriots.
