T Roxbury teenagers were arrested in Brookline last Friday after they were spotted on two bicycles believed to be stolen.
Danny Duarte, 19, of 435 Walnut Ave., Apt. 10, Roxbury, was arrested around 5 a.m. on July 23 and charged with receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His alleged accomplice, a 14-year old Roxbury boy whose name was not released because of his age, was also charged with receiving stolen property.
Duarte was reportedly spotted with a group of five or six teenagers on bicycles around 3 a.m. near Homer and Harvard streets, an area than has seen several bicycle thefts recently. An officer stopped Duarte and asked to slock inside his backpack, which reportedly held a pair of bolt cutters.

The other younger defendant was stopped separately on Aspinwall Street by another officer and released to his parents.
Police were not able to locate the owners of either bike.
