Fondue, er "fondant" fights, career twitters and home sizes in Brookline.
- We started the week on Monday with the strange story of a customer after a clerk at Party Favors corrected her pronunciation. Fondant, we learned, is not pronounced the same as “fondue.” Meanwhile, Moms Talk took a look at the lessons of .
- On Tuesday, we reported on the return of the Brookline Art Center’s , this year titled “Cirque de Palette!,” and we learned of a in our weekend police log.
- Wednesday brought us a story of a Brookline man , the increasingly relevant micro-blogging site, while a personal column about touched off a debate about the trade offs we make when we choose were we live.
- By Thursday we’d learned about a moving taking over a Brookline Village sandwich shop and gone of the recently revived Brookline Symphony Orchestra, which had just performed its second full show.
- We finished out the week on Friday with a look inside our food columnist's latest (wow, greens!) and looked at that claims Brookline is among the best places for suburbanites who want to ditch the big house for a smaller place closer to the city.
