Accident Closes Cambridge Street at High School Sunday Night

BURLINGTON, MA - A car accident just after 9 p.m. Sunday night closed a portion of Cambridge Street.

Burlington Fire responded to a car crash on Cambridge Street at the High School of a vehicle hitting a pole.

Cambridge Street in the area of the high school was closed due to the accident and residents are urged to seek alternate routes.

Just before 10 p.m. Sunday night, officials said Cambridge Street northbound was closed from Rita Avenue to Birchcrest Street. Crews are waiting for Eversource.
