Burlington Election Final List: Dozens Run For Town Offices

BURLINGTON, MA — Dozens of candidates returned nomination papers for the Burlington town election ahead of Friday's deadline, resulting in contested races for the Board of Selectmen, town clerk, Shawsheen Tech and a number of town meeting precincts.

But many incumbents face no challengers, including Town Moderator William Beyer and School Committee Member Martha Simon.

Candidates have until March 9 to withdraw. The election is on April 10. More information on the election is available here.
