UPDATE: Missing Burlington Girl Found, Police Say
A Burlington girl went missing Sunday, but was found after police asked for public help.
BURLINGTON, MA — UPDATE: A Burlington girl who was missing Sunday afternoon was found.
Police said that the girl, 12, was found around 11 p.m., less than half an hour after issuing an alert to the public.
She was found safe by a North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) K9 unit, Burlington police said. Tewksbury and Wilmington police and the state police Air Wing contributed to the search.

"The Burlington Police Department has no reason to believe that any foul play was involved," the department said.
