Burlington Man Faces Child Pornography Charges
Police say they received a cyber tip that a Burlington man was trying to upload child pornography to an adult sex site.

WOBURN, MA -- A 33-year-old Burlington man is accused of possession of child pornography after police were tipped off that Jason Riccio allegedly tried to upload, to an adult sex site, a video of him pleasuring himself while an under-aged girl performed sex acts via webcam.
In Middlesex Superior Court earlier this month, Jason Riccio, 33, of Burlington was released on personal recognizance after pleading not guilty to charges of possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography.
As part of his release, Riccio was ordered to stay away from social media or chat rooms, do not engage in file sharing and no use of the internet except for searching for a job.

His next court date is June 5 for a scheduling conference.
According to court documents, on June 17, 2016 Burlington police received a call from the State Police stating that someone from an adult website, motherless.com, called in a cyber tip that someone had tried to upload child pornography to its website.

The attempted upload occurred on May 10, 2016 from an address in Burlington. Police electronically traced the IP address to Wheatland Street in Burlington. On July 27, 2016, a searched warrant was executed at the home.
Police allege that when Riccio was shown a photo taken from the failed upload, Riccio allegedly admitted that he went to a website called Omegle.com, which offers one-on-one random webcams with strangers. He was matched up with a girl, whose age he didn't know. The girl via webcam then performed sex acts at his request.
While he was viewing her, Riccio allegedly told police he was also recording it. He allegedly recorded and shared three to four other videos to Manycams.com.
Riccio allegedly told police that he uses onlyamateur.com which allows him to search for videos under the term, '' webcams teens.'' He allegedly told police he downloads several videos, but if any contain underaged girls "he immediately deletes them.''
He allegedly admitted he prefers videos of teens of legal age and described watching underaged girls is "sick and disgusting.''
Police allege that after a forensic exam of Riccio's computer by the State Police, police located the video from the cyber tip, along with other videos and graphic images of child pornography under his user name.
