BURLINGTON, MA — Burlington's new specialized bakery is now officially open. After a soft launch in December, Nothing Bundt Cakes had its grand opening Saturday, making it the fourth location of the chain in the region. The bakery, which exclusively sells various sizes and flavors of bundt cake, is located in the Wayside Shopping Center at 6 Wayside Rd.

The chain has over 400 locations, concentrated in California and Texas. They sell four sizes of bundt, bite-sized "bundtinis" sold by the dozen, single-serving "bundtlets", and 8- and 10-inch cakes. They have multiple flavors of cake, such as chocolate, carrot and confetti, but just one frosting, cream cheese. Prices range from $4.95 for a single "bundlet" to over $40 for specially decorated cakes. They also have gluten-free options.
