Burlington Police Arrest 12 In January: Police Logs
Three of the arrests resulted in OUI charges, and several others were related to outstanding warrants.
BURLINGTON, MA — The following are derived from Burlington's police logs for the last month. Arrests do not indicate convictions. The logs are posted by the department here.
Friday, Jan. 3
At 5:49 p.m., police arrested a 23-year-old Burlington man following a two car crash without injuries. He was charged with an OUI, 2nd offense, and negligent driving.

Tuesday, Jan. 7
At 8:24 p.m., police arrested a 50-year-old Billerica woman following a car crash with unknown injuries. She was charged with an OUI, 2nd offense. A fire hydrant was struck.

Saturday, Jan. 11
At 12:41 a.m, police arrested a 27-year-old Burlington man, after a caller reported a car hit a pole by his home. The man was charged with an OUI, negligent driving, a marked lanes violation and speeding.
Sunday, Jan. 12
At 8:06 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old and charged the juvenile with malicious damage to a motor vehicle. A caller reported a rock was thrown at his window.
Wednesday, Jan. 16
At 9:57 p.m., police arrested a 47-year-old Waltham man and charged him with driving on a suspended license and with a suspended or revoked registration.
Wednesday, Jan. 23
At 4:21 p.m., a 30-year-old Woburn man was arrested and charged with "open and gross lewdness." The man was "harassing people at the Trump Building," according to police logs.
At 10:13 p.m., police arrested a 58-year-old Cambridge man, in relation to three active warrants.
Thursday, Jan. 24
At 1:48 p.m. and again at 4:26 p.m., police arrested a 30-year-old Woburn man in relation to an outstanding warrant.
Saturday, Jan. 25
At 9:14 a.m., police issued a summons to a 27-year-old Burlington man for unlicensed driving, after a motor vehicle stop.
Thursday, Jan. 30
At 2:36 p.m., police arrested a 34-year-old Burlington woman, in relation to an outstanding warrant.
Friday, Jan. 31
At 1:40 p.m., police arrested a 29-year-old Burlington man and charged him with shoplifting.
